Reading Tally for 2019

Happy New Year!

It is time again to tally up the thousands of pages, and dozens of books, while looking back at what I read over the last year. I find it intriguing to reflect on what I read, especially when I see a title and go, “Oh yeah, I did read that!”.

You will find below the total number of novels, fiction books, nonfiction books, and graphic novels I read in 2019, in addition to the total amount of pages, and what I read each month; the type of book is listed before the title and the authors are in parentheses.

  1. Hmm let’s see… King, Orwell, Pratchett, Gaiman, Vonnegut, Wilder… looks like we have similar tastes, so I’m adding a few of the other ones from you list to my wish list. Thanks for that!

Have you read The Grapes of Wrath (Steinbeck) yet? If not, I think you might really enjoy it.

Happy new year back at ya! Looking forward to seeing where this decade takes you (and where you take it). . =-)

  2. That’s a good list! I have some of those Stephen King and Neil Gaiman books on my to-read list (especially “On Writing”). I’ll have to check more of them out as well. Happy new year! I’ve really enjoyed following your blog this past year.
