You all continue to amaze me! Perpetually Past Due has over 1,600 dedicated followers on WordPress.com! I have been so lucky to have you all reading my content, discussing, sharing your own, and sticking with me as this blog has transformed into something more than I could have ever imagined. As usual, here is a picture of one of my cats being adorable!
Despite my wildest expectations, The Past Due Review has over 800 dedicated followers on WordPress.com! I have been so lucky to have you all reading my content and I have enjoyed the expansion through Music Mondays and Movie Reviews; I hope you have as well. As usual, here is a picture from October of one of my cats being adorable!
Despite my wildest expectations, The Past Due Book Review has over 400 dedicated followers on WordPress.com! I will do my best not to repeat myself from previous updates and keep it short, so here is a picture of my sister’s kitten, Willow, snoozing after spending a good ten minutes attacking my hands.
You all continue to astound me and I can now say that The Past Due Book Review has surpassed 200 dedicated followers on WordPress.com! I truly enjoy not only sharing my writing but the amount of engagement that has happened on the blog over the last few months so here’s a picture of Hunter being drowsy and photogenic simultaneously as a reward.
Well, here we are again celebrating growth on the blog. I will keep this rather short since the book I am currently reading is taking up a lot of my time and attention, but thank you all for coming to my little corner of the internet.
I appreciate that you take the time to read my work on here since it is all done in my free time and knowing that there are those who enjoy what I love to do makes my heart happy.
As a reward for your continued loyalty, here is a picture of my skinny cat. Her name is Nina, she is 12 years old, and she thinks she is queen of the castle. She was totally okay with me taking this picture of her despite the apprehension and annoyance apparent in her face. She also rubs her face on electrical outlets when the mood strikes her.
Also, I don’t only wear white t-shirts. I realize that most of the update photos feature me in a white tee and that is pure coincidence. If you didn’t notice, then no worries!
I want to say thank you so much to those of you on here who read my blog. I wasn’t sure how successful it would be due to my lengthy posts, but seeing you all reading my work really warms my heart, along with other clichés I can’t think of right now.
This was a milestone I wasn’t sure I would reach this year since starting my blog back in May. I realize that there are thousands, if not millions, of other book review blogs and the fact that even one person enjoys my writing, let alone fifty people, really lifts my spirits.
I don’t write listicles or post content from other sources as the main topic of my blog and I realize that this significantly narrows my readership, but I truly appreciate you taking the time to read my words.
As a reward for your loyalty, here is a picture of my fat cat. His name is Hunter, he is 14 years old and weighs 16 lbs. He might even live to 15 if he would STOP RUBBING HIS FACE AGAINST ELECTRICAL OUTLETS
Thank you again to my 51 followers on WordPress.com and the 39 on my blog’s Facebook page. Here’s to the next 50!
